    I visited this Brooks Brothers location on Sunday, November 20th at approximately 2PM. I had the worst experience in this Brooks Brothers location that I've had in any clothing store in quite some time. I was greeted by an elderly women with shoulder length blonde hair and was treated terribly. I was wearing track pants and a sweatshirt and probably didn't reflect what a "regular" Brooks Brothers customer looked like, but regardless, no one deserves to be followed around the store like a thief. She wouldn't allow me to try on a jacket. She insisted that Brooks Brothers didn't have what I was looking for and rushed me out of the store. I would discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this location.
