    Went to the store based on the google reviews. I placed an order and they never told me about a few installation options (one of those options being an additional cost). I called the store back to tell them and the salesman told me it was a custom order and they don't normally tell people about "custom" options. The man that came to measure however told me they should have told me about the additional options and cost. Then the salesman told me they would call me back with the final price and never did. I had to call back days later and come to find out my order was never placed! Very frustrated and would not use them again.
