    Went in on October 14th to upgrade to the iPhone 7. I told the rep Carlos at the store not to change my plan, which was grandfathered by AT&T and he said he wouldn't. However, he switched me from an unlimited plan to a 800MB data plan causing hundreds of dollars in overage charges. The store sucks and I doubt I will ever return there, except to give the store an ear full. I like AT&T, but the store hires nothing but incompetent people. If you want AT&T service, go anywhere but the Eastview store.
