  Awful. I felt as if I had to hassle them in order to buy my car. I was the one calling back for pricing info after being told they would get back to me asap. After buying my car outright I was only given 1 key. After contacting the sales rep 3 times, the receptionist and the sales manager and explaining my situation I was told by all of them that they would look into it and call me back within the hour. Surprise surprise.... no call for days. I went in, everyone had to look into it (probably for the first time). I had to make an appointment to come back. I went back to have the second key and fob made and after 1.5 hours with my 2 small kids causing chaos the key was done! I leave.. get home. Try to use the fob to lock the door... And it doesn't work!!! I can't bring myself to go back there and I HIGHLY discourage anyone else from doing so. I recommend going to a car dealership that wants to sell cars the right way, and doesn't just drop their costumers after the deal is done.
